Dear Member

Council have agreed to electronically archive the proceedings of the Institution.

Unfortunately we do not have a full set in good enough condition for archiving.

We are therefore asking all members if they have any copies available in good condition.

Enclosed is a freepost envelope for your reply.

At this stage we only need to know availability. We would require the proceedings number, for example:
Vol. 4 July-September, 1961 No, 3

We do not at this stage wish you to send any. We will however request from you any individual copies, which we may require once we have had your reply.
